Replacement of missing teeth with implants, bridge or removable dentures, endodontics, complex cosmetic problems, treatment of tooth surface loss, occlusal problems and remedial treatment for failing crown and bridgework.

Dr Greg Finn

Originally qualifying in 1982 in Brisbane, Greg moved to the UK in 1984. He gained his MSc in Conservative Dentistry from the UCL Eastman Dental Institute in 1996. He has been carrying out implant surgery and restoration since 1996. Greg Finn has been a Clinical Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute for more than a decade. He has placed and restored hundreds of dental implants. He has worked with a wide range of implant systems. Currently he works mainly with Ankylos implants.

Dr Joao Sousa carries out many of the bone augmentation and sinus-lift procedures as well as implant placements, particularly where augmentation of hard or soft tissues may be needed. Joao spent three years in Dennis Tarnow’s department at the New York University College of Dentistry where he gained his Masters Degree in Biomaterials and Biomimetics. While there he gained the Implant Dentistry Research Award as well as Periodontics Research Award.
Dr Kate Heffernan is a Specialist Prosthodontist. She gained her MSc in Conservative Dentistry from the UCL Eastman Dental Institute in 1997. She is very experienced in implant treatment including placement and restoration and has been with the practice for more than a decade.
Tracey Murphy is our very experienced dental hygienist. We believe that prevention of further disease goes hand in hand with successful implant treatment.
Dr Andrea Wraith provides sedation services at the practice. She is qualified as a dentist and as a doctor. She has a masters degree in anaesthetics and an excellent sedation service.
