Dr Peter Sanders

Peter Sanders' primary clinical interests are in dental implantology. He has an MSc in Implantology and was recently awarded the Fellowship of the Faculty of General Dental Practice by the Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) in London. Peter is a Cohort Course Director and examiner on the Implantology course at the RCS, London, from where he gained a Diploma in 2005.
Dr Sanders has served as Head of Dentistry and Dental Advisor to Marks and Spencer, and set up BUPA's quality assurance programme. He was founding president of the Dentists Media Group and is a Fellow of the Pierre Fouchard Academy. Peter is clinical director of Dental Confidence Ltd, an implant referral practice in Southampton.

This appointment does not include a clinical examination and it only takes 20 minutes. The discussion will help you consider the options for treating your dental problems and decide whether to proceed to a clinical consultation for implants. The preliminary consultation is free of charge for visitors enquiring through this website. Please use the button in the right hand column to request an appointment.
Once you have decided in principle that you want implant treatment, the next step is a clinical consultation. This includes a comprehensive oral examination, and results in production of a fully-costed individual plan for your treatment. The fee for the clinical assessment appointment and provision of your personal treatment plan is £98, including a small x-ray. The cost of the treatment planning consultation is refunded when you proceed with treatment.
